You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed and ready for transport. Fragile or valuable items should be clearly labeled. We recommend that you obtain insurance for any high-value items. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information about the moving destination, including any potential challenges such as limited access or restricted parking.
6. Liability and Insurance
While we take the utmost care in handling your belongings, Ramrican Transport & Moving Services is not liable for any damage to items that are not properly packed, fragile items that are not disclosed, or items transported in containers not provided by us. Basic liability coverage is included in our services, but additional insurance can be purchased upon request. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Force Majeure
Ramrican Transport & Moving Services is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services due to events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or government actions.
8. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods specified on our website. Failure to make timely payment may result in late fees or additional charges.
9. Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable items, or firearms. It is your responsibility to ensure that none of these items are included in your move. If such items are discovered, we reserve the right to terminate services without refund.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding services rendered, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with local laws.
